About the Opportunity:
Responsible for all aspects of pre-sales and post-sales activities and delivery (acquiring & managing customers and projects); develop proof of concepts; manage large/complex solutions projects; perform customer relationship management; work with advanced demo development, sales channel training/support; implement new features; solve issues for front-end solutions (.Net); create complex content migrations of multiple languages (.Net); perform architecture of advanced solutions; analyze and document customer requirements; maintain skills in industry standards and best practices; manage internal IT infrastructure and technologies; arrange delivery of pre- and post-sales professional services (Enterprise software, and integration development and installation) and workflow solution analysis, documentation and implementation; maintain media and imaging solutions & services analyses, and implementation; perform training delivery, and training development for custom solutions; perform project management and partner relations management. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from anywhere in the U.S.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent*, plus 2 years experience to include working with pre/post-sales activities & delivery (advanced demo development, sales channel training/support); implementing new features; solving issues for front-end solutions (.Net); and creating complex content migrations of multiple languages (.Net) or alternatively, 6 years experience to include the same. (*Employer accepts experience in lieu of degree. For each year not completed towards the degree requirement, one year of experience can be substituted). This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from anywhere in the U.S. Travel is required.
