Colgate was intent on delivering innovative customer experiences for every one of its brands in over 200 countries around the globe. To guarantee a consistent quality digital experience and ensure brand compliance, they needed a means to manage all digital assets centrally. Additionally, they needed a mechanism to encourage the sharing and re-use of assets.
Upon examination, the answer was straightforward, albeit complex. Colgate needed to create a single enterprise content hub that would incorporate all the digital assets used by marketing in a digital asset management (DAM) system, together with a system to manage all the product information (PIM) and manage the publishing processes traditionally associated with a content management system (CMS).
Tahzoo architected, implemented and supports an integrated content hub centered on Aprimo (formerly ADAM Software) DAM software. The platform spans DAM, PIM, CMS, Commerce and ERP systems integration to provide a scalable foundation to support innovative direct business to consumer principles embodyed by the brand.
