Acer, one of the world’s leading electronics manufacturers, needed to increase its ecommerce revenue, deliver a better branded digital experience, and optimize the costs associated with managing their global digital properties.

Acer chose Tahzoo to leverage best of breed solutions to design, build, deploy and support a more compelling global digital customer, partner, and employee experience. 

A complete user experience led global website redesign, integrated with the ecommerce store including replacement of a homegrown Content management system with a combination of SDL Tridion Sites and Adobe Assets to create a global Content Hub, fully integrated with its Magento-based ecommerce solution was chosen.

In less than one year, Tahzoo has provided Acer with a new content hub and a user-centered component-based website design, enabling the ability to localize in over 60 countries and translate into more than 26 languages, with seamless integration with the online store, greatly improving the path to purchase experience.
