When Shearman & Sterling, one of the world’s leading international law firm came to Tahzoo, no one was reading content being produced and published by the firm’s own partners and associates online. The client struggled with generating the kind of engagement that would lead to increased client loyalty and new business opportunities. People couldn’t easily search for or find what was most relevant and most content led to dead ends or broken links.
A heuristic analysis and content audit of the site revealed that there was little in the way of content lifecycle management, an inconsistent taxonomy and a sub-standard search functionality resulting in an ineffective visitor experience.
Tahzoo worked with Shearman & Sterling to determine the key variables by which content could be organized, searched and presented. Applying our proprietary Next Best Content™ methodology coupled with an elegant and effective new design concept, we launched a global, personalized web experience that worked across all devices, localized in markets and languages around the world.
