We are seeking a highly motivated, smart and happy Junior Business Development Coordinator to perform a broad range of coordination and administrative tasks in support of business development opportunity pursuits and related activities. This role will be based in our DC office.

What you will be doing:

• Provide high-level support to members of the Business Development team
• Coordinate pre and post-sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Help facilitate meetings, create agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items
• Conduct targeted research on potential new and current clients to assist in the sales process
• Monitor schedule, assist with calendaring and overall coordination of Business Development activities
• Support the development and execution of business development strategies, plans and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• 1-2 years in a sales or business development role
• High energy with a motivation for sales
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
• Commitment to professional growth and development
